Our team is dedicated to meeting your restoration needs 24/7. You will have access to real-time photo and information updates on your project through our Job-Dox system for a more efficient, better informed, and less costly restoration

We Have Over 60 Years of Experience

Mr. Restore gets you back to normal faster! Using our system, our clients have constant access to the progress of the restoration of their homes or business. We upload photos of the damage and send email updates of our progress on your restoration project directly to you. Our clients can log in and see exactly what is being done and what needs to be done on their restoration job. We use the best and most recent technology in the industry to better serve our customers and get the job done. We make sure our customers are informed, up-to-date, and comfortable throughout the entire restoration process.

Mr. Restore uses the best technology to accurately estimate the cost of the damage and manage the loss. With over 60 years of experience in providing residential and commercial restoration services, Mr. Restore can provide an analysis of your exact damage situation and help you navigate the insurance process. We have the knowledge and ability to work with many different insurance companies and help you determine if an insurance claim is the best route to a quick and successful recovery.

Should you determine an insurance claim needs to be filed for your fire, storm, or flood damage, the first step would be to file a claim and have an adjuster come out and assess the damage. After thoroughly reviewing your policy and loss assessment, the adjuster will notify you of the insurance-approved amount. Mr. Restore can accommodate the requirements of the insurance companies by documenting all the work and taking pictures as part of the loss prevention process.

Our History

Mr. Restore started in 2008 when Clint and his partner decided that he could provide a better level of restoration service to customers in need following Hurricane Ike in Galveston. So we deployed, helped, and decided this was something we wanted to run as a company. In 2009, we incorporated and have been growing and moving forward.

This latest TX storm was a first for me and i had massive water intrusion in my home. It was a blessing that they happened to be in my neighborhood and we acted fast together. I had a leak in my roof after some recent heavy storms, and Mr. restore immediately came out and addressed the problem. I could not be more pleased, from the second the representative showed up within 30 minutes their crew was working on removing the soaked drywall and affected areas. They also neatly stacked the contents of our garage in the attic so we could still use the garage to protect our vehicles. And their follow-up has been phenomenal. They far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Mr Restore got to my home in 30 minutes. Mitigated the damage across the course of the week communicating directly with my insurer and emailing me daily progress reports on our $73,000 loss. They made the experience of water damage throughout my home so much easier to work through. We had friends with a burst pipe weeks later and nearly similar conditions use a different company who left in under 3 days resulting in their adjuster calling in a second mitigation company to finish the job. The owner makes it a point to lash out against any truthful review of this garbage company. They will scam you at every chance they get and steal every cent possible when asked to do a job—one of the worst companies in the North Dallas metroplex.They have left customers like me high and dry by taking our money and never finishing the job.

I called asking for prices, and Clint told me how I could easily fix the situation myself. Everything he said to do worked. In fact I only needed to do half of it!! He saved me tons of money and did not even make a dime. Btw, I checked what it would cost to rent the items from Home Depot and do the full shebang myself if I chose to do it the long way, and the rentals would've cost twice as much (me doing labor) as the prices he quoted if he and his team were to do it (including labor)!! His prices are actually way better than I could have gotten doing the labor myself. I will 100% hire these people next time I have any issues. Thank you so much Clint!!

On Thursday June 2, 2022 our church had standing water in our sanctuary along the a wall and in front of the stage due to heavy rains. I called Mr Restore in the morning and within minutes received a call from Patrick who indicated they would be out to assess within the hour. In 30-40 minutes Patrick and his crew were there and immediately started the water evacuation process and set up all the equipment to control the humidity and mitigate any mold and bacteria that could happen. They worked long and hard to get the sanctuary dry and ready for church services Sunday am. Everyone that worked on the job, including office personal with insurance and billing, was very courteous. respectful and professional. They followed up Monday to reset their equipment to continue the drying process. So happy I chose this firm at this location. Highly recommend them.

When my laundry room flooded on a Sunday afternoon, Mr. Restore answered the phone the first time I called, and they were at my house within 2-3 hours. They took thermal readings and moisture levels, and what impressed me the most is they told me what equipment to rent and where to place it in order for me to save money based on my circumstances. Hope and Russell were both great to work with. They came back out in 4 days, took additional readings, and told me I could return the rental equipment. Hopefully I never have another flood, but I would definitely use Mr. Restore in the future if necessary and will refer Mr. Restore to friends and neighbors. They were very informative, honest, and easy to work with.
