Privacy Policy

Mercedes Restoration, LLC d/b/a Mr. Restore (“Mr. Restore,” “we,” “us”) operates mrrestore.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, contact us, or interact with us on social media, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact forms: when you request service or an evaluation, we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address and damage description you provide.
• Phone calls and text messages: our phone lines use CallRail call tracking. Calls to our tracking numbers may be recorded and transcribed for dispatch, quality and marketing-attribution purposes. You will hear a notice where required by law.
• Website analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). GA4 uses cookies; IP addresses are processed by Google as described in Google’s privacy documentation.
• Technical data: our hosting and caching (WP Rocket) log standard server information such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.

Instagram and Facebook interactions

When you comment on one of our Instagram posts, we may reply to you automatically by direct message. To do this we use an app connected to Meta’s platform. Through that app we receive your Instagram username, the account ID Instagram assigns to you for our app, the text and time of your comment, and the post you commented on. We store the reply we sent you.

We use this information only to answer your comment, to follow up on a service request you make, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

A technology provider, MaksimilianLab, operates the reply service for us and stores this information on our behalf. Meta also processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.

We keep these records for up to 90 days, unless you become a customer, in which case they become part of your service record.

How we use it

• To dispatch crews, prepare estimates and perform restoration services you request.
• To coordinate with your insurance carrier when you ask us to bill insurance directly.
• To respond to inquiries and follow up on service requests.
• To measure which pages and campaigns bring customers, so we can improve the site.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties except the service providers above (CallRail, Google Analytics, MaksimilianLab, Meta), your insurance carrier when you authorize it, and as required by law.

Your choices

• You may request a copy of, or deletion of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@mrrestore.com or calling (877) 631-7576.

• You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with Google’s opt-out tools; the site works without them.
