The Contents Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Adequate and well documented packout of contents from projects
- Use of company software to digitally inventory contents recovered from projects
- Supervise cleaning of collected contents
- Make informed decisions about the necessary replacement of items damaged beyond repair/salvage
- Appropriate and inventoried storage of items as needed
- Safe return of contents to completed projects
A day in the life of a Contents Supervisor looks like:
- Coordination of labor to pack items from active projects
- Safely transport contents from project site to warehouse
- Utilize company software to take ample pictures and descriptions of items collected
- Coordinate staff for items processing/cleaning
- Appropriately document and inventory items from storage
- Set expectations with customers on time frames of contents processing and return
- Build network of subcontractors for specialized cleaning services
- Coordinate crew to return items to projects and unpack
