* Unfortunately, I must update my review in good faith due to the greedy and aggressive billing practices of Mr. Restore after the work completed.

* It has been several months of Mr. Restore pushing me to push my insurance provider to pay Overhead & Profit (“O&P”) despite discussing with Wes that I will use my own General Contractor before work began.

Be aware of this O&P tactic. If you are making an insurance claim then I suggest using a different provider.

My claim is still ongoing (over a year now) but not because my house isn't repaired from the flood that happened on 2 Jan 2024! Mr. Restore's mitigation and pack-out teams were quick, efficient, and empathetic. They even went above and beyond when I was needing to travel internationally and had accidentally left my passport on a nightstand that got packed up; they took the challenge on the DAY of my travel to find the box and Patrick Noble personally brought me my passport at the airport and I made my flight - unheard of. When it came time to start repairing things, Sean Beattie really took it to the next level - he handled everything and kept my stress level so low given the situation! Where typically I would have expected to have to expend more energy, Sean was responsive, proactive, and incredibly understanding and helpful with all my feedback or asks. I would recommend Mr. Restore over and over again (hopefully you don't need them, but in case you do!), not just for the quality of work and attention, but for the quality humans they employ and how much they really do seem to care.

I had a leak in my roof after some recent heavy storms, and Mr. restore immediately came out and addressed the problem. I could not be more pleased, from the second the representative showed up within 30 minutes their crew was working on removing the soaked drywall and affected areas. They also neatly stacked the contents of our garage in the attic so we could still use the garage to protect our vehicles. And their follow-up has been phenomenal. They far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Mr Restore got to my home in 30 minutes. Mitigated the damage across the course of the week communicating directly with my insurer and emailing me daily progress reports on our $73,000 loss. They made the experience of water damage throughout my home so much easier to work through. We had friends with a burst pipe weeks later and nearly similar conditions use a different company who left in under 3 days resulting in their adjuster calling in a second mitigation company to finish the job. The owner makes it a point to lash out against any truthful review of this garbage company. They will scam you at every chance they get and steal every cent possible when asked to do a job—one of the worst companies in the North Dallas metroplex.
They have left customers like me high and dry by taking our money and never finishing the job.

I called asking for prices, and Clint told me how I could easily fix the situation myself. Everything he said to do worked. In fact I only needed to do half of it!! He saved me tons of money and did not even make a dime. Btw, I checked what it would cost to rent the items from Home Depot and do the full shebang myself if I chose to do it the long way, and the rentals would've cost twice as much (me doing labor) as the prices he quoted if he and his team were to do it (including labor)!! His prices are actually way better than I could have gotten doing the labor myself. I will 100% hire these people next time I have any issues. Thank you so much Clint!!

On Thursday June 2, 2022 our church had standing water in our sanctuary along the a wall and in front of the stage due to heavy rains. I called Mr Restore in the morning and within minutes received a call from Patrick who indicated they would be out to assess within the hour. In 30-40 minutes Patrick and his crew were there and immediately started the water evacuation process and set up all the equipment to control the humidity and mitigate any mold and bacteria that could happen. They worked long and hard to get the sanctuary dry and ready for church services Sunday am. Everyone that worked on the job, including office personal with insurance and billing, was very courteous. respectful and professional. They followed up Monday to reset their equipment to continue the drying process. So happy I chose this firm at this location. Highly recommend them.

When my laundry room flooded on a Sunday afternoon, Mr. Restore answered the phone the first time I called, and they were at my house within 2-3 hours. They took thermal readings and moisture levels, and what impressed me the most is they told me what equipment to rent and where to place it in order for me to save money based on my circumstances. Hope and Russell were both great to work with. They came back out in 4 days, took additional readings, and told me I could return the rental equipment. Hopefully I never have another flood, but I would definitely use Mr. Restore in the future if necessary and will refer Mr. Restore to friends and neighbors. They were very informative, honest, and easy to work with.
