The Water Mitigation Technician (Jr/Sr) will be responsible for:
- Field Operations under the supervision of a Project Manager
- Utilize Company Tools to effectively and efficiently mitigate damage to the property they have been assigned
- Keep company vehicles equipped for emergency response
- Provide proper documentation of loss, damage and progress throughout the project
- Showing up to work daily with a positive attitude
A day in the life of a Water Mitigation Technician looks like:
- Emergency Response to a water damage project
- Take ample pictures of the damage and document them in company software
- Sketching the floorplan of the home through digital tools
- Extracting water from effected materials
- Set appropriate equipment based on system recommendations
- Set expectations with customers on timeframes to monitor and complete project
- Document daily progress in company software
