The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Field Operations
- Utilize Company Tools to effectively and efficiently reconstruct projects post-mitigation as necessary
- Develop scope of repairs under the supervision of Director of Reconstruction
- Provide proper documentation of reconstruction progress of projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to set expectations
- Develop network of reliable subcontractors for reconstruction projects
- Showing up to work daily with a positive attitude
A day in the life of a Project Manager looks like:
- Utilize Xactimate to develop scope of repairs to negotiate with carriers or customers
- Take ample pictures of the damage and document them in company software
- Sketching the floorplan of the home through digital tools
- Scheduling subcontractors for projects
- Scheduling homeowner reviews throughout the projects
- Maintaining profit margins
- Set expectations with customers on timeframes to monitor and complete project
- Document daily progress in company software
