Contents Supervisor

The Contents Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Adequate and well documented packout of contents from projects
  • Use of company software to digitally inventory contents recovered from projects
  • Supervise cleaning of collected contents
  • Make informed decisions about the necessary replacement of items damaged beyond repair/salvage
  • Appropriate and inventoried storage of items as needed
  • Safe return of contents to completed projects

 

A day in the life of a Contents Supervisor looks like:

  • Coordination of labor to pack items from active projects
  • Safely transport contents from project site to warehouse
  • Utilize company software to take ample pictures and descriptions of items collected
  • Coordinate staff for items processing/cleaning
  • Appropriately document and inventory items from storage
  • Set expectations with customers on time frames of contents processing and return
  • Build network of subcontractors for specialized cleaning services
  • Coordinate crew to return items to projects and unpack
